GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION
These general conditions of booking apply to all bookings made for individual customers (excluding bookings Groups). They are part of the lease at Le Provence Agen. The offers and the terms and conditions are valid on the day of consultation. They are periodically updated, however all bookings will be honored on the date of stay under the specified conditions.
For each reservation, a confirmation number will be communicated, you would require if necessary to cancel or change your reservation or any relationship with the hotel.
rooms are reserved from 16h on the day of arrival to 12am on day of departure. However, we recommend that you check the arrival and departure times at the time of booking.

DISPLAY OF PRICE
All prices are displayed in Euro (€), VAT is always included. Some benefits may be subject to a surcharge, the advertised price is increased by a city tax payable locally. The tax is clearly stated on your booking confirmation.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
The accepted credit cards are VISA, Mastercard, American Express. The credit card used to guarantee your booking. No payment will be taken in line with the exception of cases described below. The entire amount of the stay must be settled directly with the hotel on arrival.
The credit card will be charged immediately in the following cases:
• If booking a special offer, in immediate prepayment (for non modifiable and non-cancellable offers, for example). In these cases, the amount levied collateral amounts to the entire stay, excluding tax and related services.
In all other cases, you will pay for your stay at the hotel. This information is clearly indicated on your booking confirmation document.
The hotel reserves the right to treat your booking as canceled if the data of the credit card, transmitted to the payment guarantee or for payment, proved faulty.If necessary, the hotel reserves the right to claim damages.
Any claim relating to a reservation or stay must be sent by registered letter within 15 days of the return journey subject of the claim.
COMPUTING AND FREEDOM

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
If you cancel your booking, we will apply our cancellation policy, namely:
Cancellations are not subject to fees if made before 18:00 the day of arrival. For all cancellations made after 18:00 the day before, the equivalent fee in the amount of the first night will be charged.
For reservations guaranteed by a deposit or down payment, regardless of the cancellation period, the repayment of all or part of the amount paid by the customer is left to the discretion of the hotel.
BILLING IN CASE OF CANCELLATION LATE OR NO SHOW
In case of late cancellation (excluding cancellation deadlines toll free) or no show, the hotel will be able to charge the credit card that you had given as security of booking. An invoice will be delivered to you upon request.
The hotel may decide not to apply a penalty.
