Some of the biggest reservations sites say "Partners" abuse their position by binding us to unacceptable conditions. They are asking us for enormous commissions ranging from 15 to 30%, which asphyxiates our operations. These constraints prevent us from investing properly in our institutions.

2. ELEVATOR : Do you have a lift?

Yes, we have an elevator on the front building on 3 floors.
The rooms on the 4th floor, as well as the rear building are accessible by stairs


Absolutely not since our Reception is relayed by an individual safe system throughout the year.
It will be enough to inform us of your arrival outside our schedules (21h during the week & 20h the WE & Fériés) so that one will send you the SMS with the codes.

4. ACCESS : How to get from the train station or the airport ?

As the airport is on the outskirts of Agen, you have only one solution:
• Taxi (variable rate of 20 € to ...)

From the station :
• On foot: 5 to 10 mn by going up the boulevard on the left at the exit of the station, arrived Place du Pin, turn right between the pharmacy and the bakery, the hotel is on your left
• By bus, stop at Place du Pin station, the hotel is on the boulevard between the pharmacy and the bakery on the left

5. WIFI : Is there an access to wifi ?

All our rooms are 100% WIFI and it's free. In order to offer you reliability and efficiency, we are in broadband. Our facilities are of recent generations and respect the legislation in force.
The access code is communicated at your arrival and you will be able to surf freely throughout your stay

6. HOURS  ? At what time can we arrive, should we leave ?

We welcome you from 16h every day, with no time limit, it is possible to arrive earlier for a small supplement of 25 €
The room must be vacated before 12.00 pm (except hotel agreement), a supplement of 25 € may be charged

7. PARKING ? Where can we park ?

We do not have PRIVATE parking at the hotel.
In the street, parking is free at night but paying the day, from 9am to 12pm & 2pm to 7pm, The price is 6 € per 24 hours, and the town offers 30 minutes of daily parking thanks to your registration.


We offer a private and closed garage (charged 5 € if you reserve on the classic websites) to park your 2 wheels during your stay, just mention it with the reservation, we will open the garage to you on arrival.

9. CHILDREN : Can minors stay alone  ?

For minors who wish to stay alone in the hotel, yes it is possible but a parental authorization will naturally be necessary.

10. ANIMALS : Do you accept animals ?

Yes quite. We still prefer small ones.The only obligation for pet owners is to never leave them alone in their room all day long, for safety and possibly noise pollution for guests. However, access to the morning buffet is prohibited.

11. VOUCHER : Can my company pay for my stay ?

Yes quite.
At the time of booking, we can send you a Proforma invoice so that your company will pay for your stay before your arrival.

12. HANDICAP : Are you adapted for people with reduced mobility ?

If you are in a wheelchair, unfortunately this will be impossible as our hotel has steps to climb, and our elevator is too small to accommodate a wheelchair. However, our hotel can receive all other handicaps.

13. BAGGAGE : Can you keep my luggage ?

Yes, absolutely and it's free.

14. DEBIT CREDIT CARD : It seems that you have debited my credit card ...

It seems to me that you already debited my credit card before my arrival?
Indeed, if you book a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate, we charge your card upon booking.
Otherwise, it is not a debit but a simple pre-authorization (the money remains blocked on your account).
This allows us to check that the card is good but also to guarantee your reservation.

15. CHECKS : Do you accept checks or holiday checks ?

We accept checks holidays but no more bank checks.
If you have to pay for a relative or collaborator, a transfer is quite possible (RIB on request)
